Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy (within India)

  1. Punjab Markfed provides shipping and returns on the purchase of all the items within India.
  2. We are delivering pan India.
  3. India Post is the delivery partner across India.
  4. The product is dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date of placing of the order and delivery time is subject to the location provided.
  5. The shipping policy is applicable on ‘In stock’ items only.
  6. Punjab Markfed is obliged to deliver your product as per your opted time but it is always subject to factors beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”) including unexpected travel delays from our delivery partner and transporters due to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdown or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check the tracking number regularly for updates.

Shipping Policy (outside India)

  1. We use India Post as our delivery partner. The actual delivery date may vary basis service levels of local shipping partner of EMS.
  2. If you think that courier company has wrongly updated the order as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 4 days of your expected date of delivery. We will liaise with courier company to provide you the proof of delivery.
  3. Once the shipment is handed over to shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions would be accepted only if India Post is able to entertain these.

Charges and Payments

  1. The shipping charges are dependent on destination country and the weight of the shipment.
  2. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you while you place the order.
  3. All the duties to be paid for export from India would be borne by Phulkari (Punjab Markfed). Any import duties or local duties levied at destination (if applicable) would be borne by the recipient of the shipment.
  4. The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown at the time of transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company / payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.
